These Terms govern your use of VibeCheck ("the Service"), operated by zkNexus LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VibeCheck is an AI-powered tool that reads publicly available social media profiles and returns a fun, qualitative "vibe" report plus optional coaching plans. Results are entertainment and self-reflection — not professional advice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to harass, defame, or harm any person.
- Submit profiles you have no reasonable interest in (no mass-scanning of third parties).
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service.
- Use outputs to make consequential decisions about anyone without their consent.
3. AI outputs
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying anything before acting on it. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, or employment decisions.
4. Account
You must keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.
6. Payments & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Cancellation & suspension
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
8. Service level & warranties
The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
