zkNexus LLC ("we", "us"), trading as VibeCheck, is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, avatar URL (via your sign-in provider).
- Usage data: profiles you submit, generated vibe reports and coaching plans, timestamps.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser metadata for security and analytics.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the Service (contract performance).
- To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
- To process payments and subscriptions (via Paddle, see below).
- To respond to support requests.
Sharing
We share data with:
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription management.
- Service providers — hosting, AI inference, web scraping (Firecrawl), and analytics, all under appropriate data agreements.
- Authorities — when required by law.
Retention
We keep account and usage data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. Contact us through the app.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, RLS on user data).

We use essential cookies for authentication. Paddle may set cookies during checkout.
